If you contact us via the web form on our website or submit an enquiry on one of our landing pages, your data will be protected by a secure socket layer.

The main website is hosted on a dedicated server in London.

Google analytics is used to gather user data, such as number of visitors to a page. This data is used to improve our pages so that they meet your needs.

We also use a tracking service to improve your experience through making the interactive elements on the page easier to use.

Data collected through form inputs is stored in a database on our dedicated server.

The data is securely transferred to our CRM, where it is distributed to a partner who is best placed to meet your needs.

Your data is stored on the database on our server for a maximum of 30 days, after which, it is deleted.

Additional to this, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your request for service.

This communication also informs you which of our partners you have been connected with. This email communication is sent using Mailchimp or Gsuite.

13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
